Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

All wall art and prints are made individually for you and are ready for dispatch within 1-3 working days. We aim to be as fast as possible, However during busy times or on bespoke orders dispatch may take a little longer. We will advise customers if this is the case.

Shipping confirmation

All our products are shipped with a courier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. With shipment tracking you can track your package and see the estimated time of delivery.

Delivery times

We ship all of our products worldwide. We know from experience that the following shipping times can be expected for Standard shipping:

• U.K. - 2-5days
• Europe 3-10 days
• USA 10-20 days
• Canada 10-20 days 
• Australia and New Zealand 20-25 days
• Rest of the world approx. 25+ days

Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders over £50 for U.K. addresses, and over £150 for Europe addresses.

Customs duties, duties and taxes

Please note that deliveries to EU & non-EU countries may incur additional duties and taxes for which Live Vida Ltd is not responsible. Any fees charged during or after shipping are your responsibility.

Damage and loss

Live Vida Ltd is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you did not receive your order or received it damaged, please contact the elected courier advised in your shipping notification to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods in order to file a claim.
