Please note that each item is printed to order, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on online purchases.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect.

We will process any refunds on faulty items upon receipt of returned goods and following an inspection. We will refund the full price including the original shipping costs through the payment method you used for the purchase.
